3. 3. Design Draft: A digital draft will be sent for your approval. If no approval is given, I will proceed based on your original description. Once work begins, no changes, refunds, or cancellations can be made. 
4. 📅 PROCESSING & SHIPPING • This is a made-to-order item—please allow time for creation. • Your order will typically ship 3–7 days before your needed date using First Class. • If you need your topper sooner, please message me to check availability (rush fee may apply).
